The two houses, with a capacity from up to 14 people, are rented together for groups of relatives or friends.
As of July 1st 2016, when customers arrive to the house they must pay the new Tourism tax approved by the Government of the Balearic Islands: 1’10 € per person per day (ECO-TAX). Children under 16 years are exempt from payment.
